My nephew came to visit me and my son and a neighbor who doesn’t know me saw my nephew at the store across the street he held the door for her husband and everything when leaving so he comes back to the apartment but didn’t know that you need a key to get into the building so he waited in a building next to ours until I came back the lady is walking to the door and she tells him your a uninvited guest you need to get out he tells he he is just waiting for my to get there it’s very cold outside he is not here to do any wrong she calls Nicole who works in the office instead of her coming out and making sure my nephew and her tenant was safe she told the lady to call the police my nephew went to speak with her and let her know that he is not a trespasser she still did nothing she treated him

We stayed here from Sep 2023 to Sep 2024 and enjoyed living here. The front office and maintenance were very kind and always prompt to respond to our questions and requests. Our unit had been remodeled right before we moved in and we had no issues with it. Yes the building is older however they do a good job to responding to all requests and doing so in a timely manner, and what building isn't older in that area at their price point. We would have stayed there longer but moved for work. Would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in living here. The proximity to the highway is very nice without the noise. I saw some reviews about bugs, we saw a couple when we moved in, asked the front office about the pest control and never saw them again. Overall I highly recommend.

My wife and I have lived here since 2023 and have had a great experience in a renovated apartment with no issues. Corey and Nicole are the best property managers striving for excellence and providing great service always welcoming and friendly. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to address any requests.

We moved out from unit 16-06 recently. We had moved in back in February 2022, when we were new to the country and didn't have a car yet. The apartment is very conveniently located with almost everything you might need on a daily basis at a walking distance. Corey was the person, who moved us in.
