Pennsbury Court Apartments

I recently toured pennsbury court and it was a great experience. What really stood out to me is that I had toured another property with Kim years ago and she still had the same spark, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and made the entire tour feel personable rather than scripted. It's rare to see someone bring the same energy and Care a year after year and it really makes a difference.I am in search of a one bedroom due to a job relocation and hope to make this my home in the future.

New property manager is a nightmare. She’s more interested in towing residents cars then fixing the issues around the property. It’s already a crappy place to live and now get threatened on a weekly basis to have your car towed. The parking lot is covered with potholes!! Welcome to Pennsbury court apartments where the neighbors are rude and the leasing office just wants more and more money out of your pocket.

If you are looking to take a tour, ASK FOR KIM!! She made the process so smooth and seamless. I felt no pressure during the entire visit. Typically I’m not sure about things but she cleared all my worries. Kim was THE BEST!!

Been trying to contact the leasing office for over an hour. A robot answers the phone and never connects you to an employee. It’ll keep ringing andthen hang up the phone. I need to speak to the property manager but they only thing they respond to is work orders days later. You can’t reach anyone in the leasing office unless theyre signing up a new tenant to make money off of them. This is a horrible place to rent from. This company is disgraceful and doesnt care about the residents here

Had a great tour with Kim looking for 2 bedroom units are so spacious and nice looking for a April move in.
