Been apartment searching and came to check out these by referral from a lady at grocery store. To be closer to my new job. Let me give kudos to Ms. Tiera her name might be spelled wrong but she has the most friendliest warming customers service skills. We greeted from the minute we walked in and she made us fill like we was home. Answered all our questions and just an over all great experience. We have looked at a few and by far her customers service is top tier . Future tenant loading

I’ve never experienced an apartment situation this disappointing. The unit I toured was clean and well‑maintained, but the one I moved into was the complete opposite. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to address the issues. When you see a mix of good and bad reviews, it becomes clear why—some people get what they were shown, and others don’t. It’s exhausting dealing with double‑talk and a lack of basic professionalism, ethics, and common sense. My time and peace of mind are priceless, and I’m genuinely looking forward to moving out of this place. It’s hard to imagine anyone wanting to live in an apartment that is mold‑infested and has stained flooring—especially after paying a $500 deposit and an additional $30 monthly fee for a washer and dryer that the lease stated

My experience at Wellington Place has been excellent from start to finish. The leasing team was outstanding—professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made moving in simple and stress-free by providing clear communication and going above and beyond to answer any questions I had. The apartment itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. The community is clean, quiet, and feels very well cared for, which makes it easy to feel at home here. I truly appreciate the dedication and support of the staff, and I would highly recommend Wellington Place to anyone looking for a new home.

My situation is very unique as I was searching for a new home with a quick turn around, less than 7 days. I arrived on a very wet day and was pleased to still view the property. The leasing agent and manager were very kind and professional. All of my questions were answered no matter how many times I called or sent a text. There was an issue with my dishwasher and the tub upon move in. They ensured my family and I were taken care of. I had a special request due to grief and they were very understanding. The issues above were taken care of as fast as they could as an outside service provider needed to complete some work. Absolutely love living here. The ladies at the leasing office are always so sweet and willing to help whenever I have a question, and got me into a great apartment when I needed to move quickly. Maintenance is also super fast and any problem I’ve had has been resolved within the day. Love getting to enjoy the pool and park and would definitely recommend checking the complex out!
