Christopher was the best real estate agent we could have asked for. Being in the military, we were moving from out of state and unable to attend the showings in person, and he did a great job making sure we saw everything we needed to on the virtual tours. Christopher ensured we were informed every step of the way, making sure to communicate with us early and often regarding anything that needed our attention. He even checked in on us while he was on vacation and he was extremely prompt with responding to texts/answering phone calls throughout the entire process. Whether you’re a first time home buyer or have purchased many, Christopher has my highest recommendation!

Christopher was an exceptional realtor and definitely helped me as a first-time home buyer. To say that I was overwhelmed would be an understatement. As a military member, not only using the VA loan, but also unsure of when I would be detaching/attaching there was a lot of ‘what-ifs’. Christopher was able to walk me through the entire process, bit by bit, and make sure I knew what was going on. He was also very responsive despite the rotating shift work schedule I had at the time, which was immensely helpful. I'd give him 10 stars if I could!! We were first time home buyers and the process was slightly daunting. He was there every step of the way and had answers to every question we threw at him. And you don't need to worry about waiting hours for a response either. Christopher will respond to all 1,000 of your questions promptly. We must've checked out 12 different houses before finding our home. He was patient with us and always super positive and knowledgeable. I don't think we had one meet up where he wasn't smiling. The week of closing was stressful due to a few last minute changes but Christopher didn't miss a beat! He did his thing in negotiations and reassured us all was going to plan. Christopher works endlessly to find his clients the perfect home...he will door knock and make endless phone calls for his clients.
