Sellers beware! We were the buyers and these particular agents were harsh and rude. We almost walked away from the deal. The deal ended with the agent yelling at me and not letting me explain how something was actually not working. The sellers themselves were wonderful people, but when you have a harsh, rude person facilitating the sale it can be a horrible experience. I would NOT recommend using them as I believe they could threaten your chances of selling.
