The integrity of this company put a foul taste in my mouth from seeing the unprofessionalism and shady dealings from 1 realtor on their team: Aekta Chawla. My mother has been going back and forth with this individual for selling and buying a new home, and had a hard time for selling, and now is threatened to get charged for her services when she did not give good service at all for the duration of the contract. Every time my mother made a request from price point, to staging, and time frame on showing, Aekta was sluggish, opinionated, and failed to do her duty several times. Once my mother experienced more than 3 hardships from this realtor, she requested to get out of the contract in person, to which the request was ignored. A month later, my mom requested again via text for documentation
