Nick and his entire staff were wonderful to work with. I was in a position where the quicker I closed the better for me financially. When I asked Nick how quickly we can close, his response was "How quick would you like to." I said ASAP and I was assuming best case scenario it would be a 30-45 day turnaround. Well, Nick and his team got me closed in 12 days....yes 12 days...if that is not a testament to how knowledgeable and diligent Nick and his team are I do not know what is.
