Fairfield Townhouses at Holbrook

Forced to view the dirty and cramped model apartment. It was offputting and made me not want to rent at this community. Leasing person made fun of me for not wanting to drive in the community when there was construction going on. Bad impression. Would rather rent elsewhere

Nice but way overpriced. But they are apartments NOT townhouses. Townhouses are down the block on Johnson. Townhouses are called. Saddle Cove

I would highly recommend looking outside of fairfield for an apartment. This community has been under construction for at least the past year and the property has not made any monetary concessions to make up for it. Our heating bill rose significantly during the winter BEFORE they installed new windows, and after they had removed the siding. The property management said it was because of an unusually cold winter, even though temps were the same as last year and our bill was $100 cheaper per month. There is a significant amount of trash everywhere, people have entered our apartment without notice and we only discovered it because dirt filled boot prints were in the hallway. The property manager does not respond to any calls or texts UNLESS you lie and say you are looking to rent an apartmen

Maintenance crew is is amazing and always available..grounds are beautiful and very quiet!

I’ve heard as well before Fairfield stitched there name on just about every piece of property there is on LI how wonderful Saddle Rock was when they were on there own having to be such a great place to live. Coming home to nicely maintained lawns and having maintenance there when you needed something done. Yet, they have on there portal how tenants can get together and discuss what’s happening in the development. Multi million dollar corporation you would think they would pay attention to such issues that comes up rather than preparing for next year’s big rent increase!
