First thing is that they never return your phone calls or text messages. They are the true word of Slumlord and they are very extremely unprofessional when it comes to having them fix things because they believe they don't have to send someone out to fix anything. The one thing and the biggest thing is that they really did not care if the roof falls on my family. Second we are going on 3 weeks without AC. We have all the windows open and have to buy more fans at least 5 more to try stay cool. The lady we pay rent to has no compassion for anyone and none for us. I am utterly dismayed by the horrendous experience I've had with Middletown Property Management. From day one, it's been an unending saga of frustration, disappointment, and sheer neglect on their part. The issues began when I reported multiple maintenance problems in the property I'm renting. Not only did it take an eternity for them to even acknowledge my requests, but when they finally did send someone over, it was clear that the "professional" they sent had no idea what they were doing. They put u in a dangerous house without warning, and when you don’t pay they try and evict u, but allow you to live in danger, roof ,walls, pests, never help , even when kids are involved , they are liars and scammers , happened to multiple people. Do not use them! In the lease there is an indemnification paragraph because THEY KNOW the houses are incapable of living

Fantastic property sum are fixer uppers but great and reliable land lords just have to be willing to understand they do have multiple properties they have to attend to but they always respond back within 3 days time great experience with this company
