Debra (leasing manager) and David (Maintenance) were both awesome! We spent 2+ years here and it was wonderful, quiet, peaceful, and does not feel like a typical apartment complex. It is small- units are airy updated, and internet is fast ATT fiber. It is rare in this day and age to get personal service, but that is exactly what you get with Debra and David both great and by far the best kept secret in Waxahachie. I will miss this place. Thanks John and family.
Such an amazing place. I love everything about it. Property manager is great! Apartments are beautiful. Landscaping is amazing. Very quiet and perfect location.
