I recently moved into Park Place at Waxahachie and I have to say, Jackie made the entire experience smooth from start to finish. From the first conversation, she was professional, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. She answered every question I had, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was ready for my move in day. That level of communication and organization really stood out to me. Moving can be stressful, but Jackie made it feel easy. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. New residents here..5 star move in! Raven was such a sweetheart and so helpful. We toured many apartments in the area and Ravens ambition and kindness really stood out from them ALL! The maintenance team are so friendly and welcoming, especially Kimo! Outstanding customer service! 10 stars if I could 🥳🙌🏼 So far we love the community, our building, and got to meet some neighbors. I want to give a huge shout-out to Margel, the head maintenance technician. During the recent snowstorm when temperatures dropped to around 15°, my heater went out and he still made it out to fix the issue. That level of dedication truly mattered, and he has always been responsive and helpful with my maintenance requests. I’d also like to recognize Raven in the office—she is consistently warm, welcoming, kind, and helpful, and I really appreciate her professionalism. While I’m grateful for the staff, I want to be honest about my overall experience. There have been ongoing disturbances from neighboring units due to very thin walls and poor sound insulation. Everyday noises such as conversations, footsteps, running water, and bathroom use are clearly audible, even from units under and arou

I stopped by Park Place Apartments in Waxahachie to get information about a 2-bedroom, and I was greeted by Raven. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions with ease. What stood out most was how down-to-earth and genuine she was — such a pleasure to speak with! Her professionalism and customer service were absolutely top tier. Overall, an awesome experience. I’ll definitely be recommending Park Place to others!

We traveled to Waxahachie in search of an apartment for my daughter. New town, new job and one nervous mom. We had several appointments and our second was at Park Place. We had already started on the wrong foot with our first appointment and I was hoping that wasn’t going to be the common theme for the day. Nope! We were greeted at Park Place by Raven. Warm smile and kindness is what she had to offer from the moment we walked thru the door. We were early to our tour appointment and she was more than happy to help us. She took time to listen and asked questions to get to know my daughter. We both could tell she was genuinely interested and wanting to find the perfect fit for us. She showed us around the property and we toured a few one bedrooms. They were all so cute and offered great ameni
