Gala at Waxahachie

At my lease signing back in 2023. I was asked to pay first, and last months rent, along with a security deposit. I have excellent credit. So I was confused as to why, I had to pay last month's rent. I found that out in 2025. When deciding rather to stay or move on. I asked the manager about my last month's rent. I was informed that my money order provided to Gala at Waxahachie management, for the amount of $1200.00. Was stolen by the previous management team. And Gala at Waxahachie would not reimburse me. I had to contact the police department in order to resolve the issue, of their employee stealing my deposit. Outrageous!!

Awesome experience!!! Mgr Terisha was amazing! She went above and beyond for us from the first time we talked to her and throughout the process! She is extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. Jasmine in the office was so great too. She helped us through the process as well. All the staff has been very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The complex is beautiful! The facility features many great bonuses like a gym, pool, mail room and so much more. The apartments are great! Lots of amenities. We can’t say enough how grateful and pleased we are to be here.

I love my apartment here! Terisha and Sakeitha are so professional and pleasant and always smiling. They truly want to help the residents. They take their time to listen and offer help if you need anything. The maintenance guy Bill is very good and gets the job done right the first time. He's amazing. The grounds are always kept nice and clean. The amenities are so beautiful. My apartment is really updated and modern. I also love that the inside hallways have ac/heat and are climate controlled. There are always lots of activities for the residents to enjoy here. Come check it out. This is a wonderful new place in Waxahachie and I'm so glad my daughter found it for me. :)

Well I moved here in November, And i have to tell you its Great!!!! The apartments are beautiful , with granite counters, and stainless appliances. But thats not the best part! The best part is the Staff, They all are so friendly, caring and patient with everyone! No matter what! They make you feel like you are home, and they are your family! I'm so happy I found Gala Waxahachie! Come out and see us!
