We had a wonderful experience with Starlight Homes! We had sold our home of 30 years and were looking to downsize. We found Starlight Homes-Watson Hill, as were driving around looking for a place to move into quickly. From the beginning of checking out the homes available through their web page to being handed the keys to our new home, everything was top notched. Each level of the home buying process was smooth, timely and effortless for us. Initial questions were answered, several homes were shown, and as choices were being made, we appreciated the careful attention to our needs and wants by Caleb our salesman. We are pleased with the care given to us by the staff of Starlight Homes and the ease of transitioning into a new neighborhood.

I helped my elderly parents buy the Odyssey model home at Watson Hill Community. Caleb has been AMAZING! I've worked with a lot of people in real estate and hands down from start to finish has been one of the BEST! We had a late tour with Kenneth and he was able to answer every single one of our questions and then some. The build seemed high quality and the neighborhood super safe. We decided to go with another community because of a short timeline and limited availability but starlight was the close second. Definitely worth looking into compared to existing builds.

First off, Caleb was great! Our Realtor brought us to him knowing he would have exactly what we were looking for in a home. Any question we had, he answered for us. It didn't matter what day or time( I mean, we were courteous, so not contacting at all hours of the night) he made sure all of our questions were answered. Marc helped as well with our home inspection, and wanted to make sure every imperfection was fixed before closing. The day of closing, Marc was also with us to give us all information and answer any questions we had. Thank you, Starlight, for helping us find our home, and making us feel like family.
