DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in june of 2022, the HOA fees were $90. They are currently $195. They will continuously raise them for “upkeep” of the neighborhood. All they do is construction of the “clubhouse” that 5% of the residents even use. There is constant construction going on and huge trucks parked on the roads at all times. My daughter’s bus can’t even get down my street half the time because of the workers blocking the road off. It is not worth it to move here , trust me.
Wow.. I've driven right by this place for years, and just never knew what was tucked away inside. Beautiful and unique homes, plus an amazing community center (which is honestly one of the things that stands out the most). The couple I did business with were super great folks, and they expressed that all their neighbors were great as well. What a neat place.. oh AND waterfront!
Visited the community single family model home on Friday, September 1. The representative was the most aloof and arrogant salesman I've ever encountered. He acted as if he was irritated we came to visit.
Wonderful community for young people. Not so much for seniors
Very nice community. Club house is top notch
