Most unprofessional people. Love the property and I love the area around it, but the office has no idea what they're doing. They are so negligent and there is no communication between any of the office members. Good luck getting a straight answer from one person only to be told the opposite from another. I really hope other people have a much better experience here than we did.

I would not recommend this property based on my experience with their money management & unprofessionalism, particularly during move-out. I vacated nearly two months ago and was owed a refund, but I only received partial. An accurate itemized move-out statement was not provided within the 30-day timeframe required under South Carolina law. After noticing the discrepancy, I contacted management multiple times. Although the error was acknowledged, the statement has not been corrected and the remaining balance has still not been issued. I have escalated the matter to higher management but have only received delays. I moved out nearly two months ago and am still trying to resolve a basic accounting issue. During my tenancy, I was also overcharged for rent and had to wait approximately 60 day

I am writing this review complaint regarding multiple concerns about unprofessional behavior, inappropriate workplace conduct, and questionable leasing practices at Waters At Oakbrook I believe these issues warrant an immediate review and investigation. First, there appears to be a significant lack of professionalism and fairness among staff and residents associated with the property. Great apartment complex I was living here for 3 years I enjoyed living there. This is apartment living you will have things out of managements control, but we can’t blame management for stuff that’s out of their control. I do appreciate Ms. Roshanada the manager of the property she is very caring and willing to go that extra mile for everyone’s satisfaction!
