Waterford Place

I have never been more grateful for my community. Waterford place is not only an apartment complex is a real family. All the workers are the best. No words about Patrick he is the most kind and generous person. The maintenance guys are amazing they saw us cleaning the parking spot and quickly came to us with tools. 🙌🏻🥰 This apartment complex is a home and you will feel lovely and comfortable so very happy. You also will feel special because everyone care about you.

I have been living at Waterford Place for six months. I am from downtown historic Bardstown, which is very cute, but Waterford Place is actually my favorite place I've ever lived. First of all, this is 100% the very best location in the whole metro area. Being in St. Matthews south of Shelbyville Road right across from Brown Park means that you can be anywhere in 15 minutes or less, and you avoid the train that's to the north of Shelbyville Road. And when Patrick took me on my first tour here, I didn't quite believe him when he said that Waterford Place was like a small nature preserve, but now that I've been living here, I see that he was actually telling the truth. 5 stars for 5 reasons! 1. The location has been great. It’s near the hospitals, parks, shopping, groceries etc. Being close to Brown park makes random walks easy. Being close to Trader Joe’s/ Kroger/ Target etc makes errands and groceries not take the whole day 2. The water features are calming and pretty. There’s nothing like being able to walk around the apartments and hear soothing water and see so much wildlife! My son loves seeing the bunnies and ducks! Which have turned out to be his favorite animals because he gets to see them basically every day. 3. Maintenance has always been so friendly and prompt. Dealt with a rain leakage issue and they were there super fast! Kept me updated the whole time and took extra care afterwards of making sure it was clean and smelled clean. 4. Front de

Waterford Place is the best apartment community in Louisville, hands down. The property is gorgeous (especially in the summer — the trees are large and the entire property wooded; the grounds are kept meticulously and with full leaf cover it's astoundingly beautiful), the upkeep is top-notch, and for being surrounded by three heavily-trafficked roads, the property is near-silent. I believe it to be the many wonderful trees that I mentioned before — few if any properties have the amount of foliage Waterford Place boasts, and the property feels almost like an oasis as a result. This is my way to say 'THANK YOU' to all staff including the management, office staff and maintenance personnel who are very hardworking people to keep our surrounding clean and green. This place is the best community that should be first on the list when finding a good and safe living apartment. Thank you for all the memories we are making and the life we are building.
