Beyond the hidden fees they don’t tell about on this site there are several issues with this property. If you’re lucky enough to actually get a response from management it’ll be passive aggressive at best and riddled with spelling errors. Absolutely completely mishandled the blizzard this year by plowing exactly once just to block everyone’s cars in and let it freeze over and proceeded to lie to residents about handling it when in reality they had people come and salt the already cleared sidewalks 3 different times while the lot remained untouched. A MONTH later they’re finally doing a second plow, on a Saturday afternoon, when everyone’s home, well after it’s finally melted. Thanks! We have been living at Waterford Apartments since November 2017. Our previous apartment complex experience was absolutely terrible, so we were very careful to ask questions and get honest feedback from current or past tenants at the complexes we looked at. The feedback from the tenants was great and we fell in love with our bottom floor apartment there. Our apartment was freshly painted when we moved in, new carpet and very clean. It was a great way to start off our time here and we plan on staying at Waterford until we are able to buy a house. The first time we had to reach out for a maintenance issue the heat was not working properly. I kid you not, I heard back from Maryanne within two hours and maintenance was over that day and it was fixed. Has been perfect since. Never before had we

Their photos show a very luxurious apartment building, a nice kitchen with blue tiles, nice hanging lights above a little breakfast bar, a beautiful shower and sink. These photos are, in fact, stolen from another website. The apartments in real life are not luxurious. They're not terrible by any means, but they're also not what's pictured, and surely not luxurious. The kitchens are about the same size but the appliances are older, the cabinets are not a beautiful white but rather an oak wood color, and the bathroom is definitely not that luxurious. Definitely do your research and visit this place before agreeing to rent an apartment. I'm not sure how they've gotten away with this misleading advertisement.

It’s a quiet community. Neighbors were lovely. Apartments are updated. The apartments are also large- You get a lot of space. Management did their best to solve any issues that occurred, and they had great communication with us. However, our apartment had a HUGE problem with rodents.They did send pest control over promptly to deal with the issue. But, every corner of our apartment had mouse holes. And, upon moving, we truly saw how bad the issue was with all the poop everywhere that was hidden by furniture. Again, they dealt with the issue promptly but just know the pests were an issue and it was pretty bad. Also, the parking lot floods (like water above cars level flooding) at least once a year. We lived there for two and a half years- it flooded three times. The first, our cars were tota

-Despite new outdoor trash cans, there was still litter, so management removed the trashcans. -Basement, where storage units & washer/dryer are, floods a couple times a year through a window that should be boarded up. -My bathroom fan doesn't work and the management doesn't know how to fix that so they decided they won't. -Water pressure & temp are not consistent. This year the office instituted a $40/month water charge. I was hoping that this extra $4,800/month between all the units would fix that but it hasn't. I would have kept dealing with these issues for $1,350 a month, but now I'm paying $1,600 for the exact same thing plus a few trash cans.
