As a first time home owner I would come to think my agent would explain to me everything, i was under the age of 23 I feel as though my agent had completely taken advantage of me. He sold me a house with problems, he did not go over the inspection report with me. He suggested the seller give me 6,000$ without explaining what it was for, while still in the process of buying the house he began flirting with me, which made it extremely uncomfortable. He brought me wine & food, even came to deliver it to my house, I’m not sure what this company rules are regarding talking to clients, but this realtor was not very professional.
