Me and my wife were looking for a new place when we came across Waterfield Apartments when we went in for a tour, we couldn't help but notice Mark Anthony's exceptional professionalism. His attentive service made a lasting impression. I Highly recommend his expertise for anyone considering leasing here. Mark made the process so easy and was very helpful with any questions we had. We are fairly new residents but so far everything has been smooth sailing.

I would totally recommend you guys coming to and moving in to this place it’s very calm and quiet and very peaceful and the manager and the staff are very genuine and very welcoming and they admire the new residents that are coming in to apply for this apartment homes. I would take a moment to appreciate Juan Hernandez for helping us move into the new apartments because without his help we wouldn’t not moved in to this place he is very genuine and very funny as well and I recommend you coming to him to help you guys along the process ! :)

NO EVEN 24 HOURS!!! My boyfriend and I were excited to move here. Everything seemed nice, so we signed a contract. We got our key Friday afternoon and moved some things into the apartment that day. The next morning , not even 24 hours after moving my tires got stolen!!! How can you feel safe after that? I woke up early to go to work, and every morning there was a different homeless person right outside my door because there is an entrance that leads to the gas station, which is open 24/7. They also keep adding additional charges to the rent every month that make no sense. Worst experience ever.

I moved in to Waterfield square apartments about 3 years ago , it was quiet ,nice ,clean . Over the last year Marissa became the head manager . I started to notice trash EVERYWHERE ,homeless in and out of the apartment complex digging in trash cans and breaking in cars … it also slowely became a dump site for outsiders to. We were supposed to have security and secure gating but the shift of the apartment complex was greatly going down hill. Anyways summer came and kids started hanging out enjoying the small amount of summer time they had. As kids were playing BEING KIDS playing. Soccer basketball , going to neighbors doors asking to help take trash or clean up around the front porch to make money .typical kid stuff the manager started harassing the parents if ANY children that were outside

Let me just start by saying the representative that helped me and my sister by the name of Mark Anthony Was very kind and very genuine and honest about Pricing in rules of the property anytime there was something we needed help with he was on it right away this isn’t the first time we heard good things about him. He needs more recognition. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.
