Laguna Park Apartments

We moved here on September 30, 2024, and it's now nearing the end of 2025. We renewed our lease because we truly love it here. It's such a nice community, and everyone is very friendly. The office staff are also very nice, and the maintenance team is always on point. They do a great job maintaining the area and keeping it clean. I also feel safe going for a run or a walk around the neighborhood. We haven't had a single bad experience during our stay. We're so glad we chose this place and would definitely recommend it.

My partner and I have been living here for 4 months now. We've had a fantastic experience thus far. From our initial inquiry about the apartments to finally settling in, the management has been incredibly helpful. Erika was very friendly and patient with us as she provided a lot of assistance and guidance throughout the leasing process. The move-in process went smoothly and the maintenance team has been quick and efficient with our requests. Overall it's a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. We're very content with our new home.

Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. Nice area to stroll whether exercising or walking down to the marina. Easy freeway access which is always a plus

Laguna Park is an amazing place to live! I have been here for 4 years and have no complaints. Maintenance is always on point, pest control keeps the property bug free (to an extent) and it is extremely quiet, if you like peace. Every one here is so friendly including the two beautiful ladies in the leasing office (Erica and Anna) and Michael from the maintenance team is always a pleasure to talk too and leaves a smile on your face after each encounter. I recommend Laguna Park for its affordability, great location, beautiful property and amazing people. Go Laguna!

I’ve lived here for about almost two years now and the managers, Anna & Erica have been great! They’re always prompt and quick to help or even respond. The area is always clean as well. My neighbors are very quiet which I love! The maintenance crew are always pleasant and are quick to come by to check out whatever maintenance issue I have within the same day.
