Washington Park

I have never been here and I will never be living here. My wonderful post is because my number was called 3 different times because someone put my phone number and incorrect contact info on their sheet. When I decided to pick up the phone the dude not only didn't say why he was calling, but proceeded to actually argue with me on how many times he called my phone. I then told him you have the wrong number and the attitude heard through the phone made me second guess if I was talking too an adult or an overgrown child. Get better customer service or don't make calls at all...

People are nice and it's really fun to live here

Horrible living. Any visitors get interrogated on if the live there before they even get to your door. Violations before discussing them and they let your abusers mom move in next door, the evict you because you're scared! TRASH TRASH TRASH APARTMENTS. CONSTANT drug deals, no safety and when you feel unsafe, they'll tell you there's cameras but no surprise, when someone breaks in they won't watch them. Don't waste your time here. Only thing it's good for is a last resort

Not a very good place to stay, the landlord has no back bone, and isn't very good, maintenance does his job good, that is the only positive thing, the are people here who thinks they are better than everyone else and gets in your business and it's none of their business

i was really interested in these apartments, wish they had a gym.
