Toni was amazing to us. She came out and was prepared with as many comps and as much research regarding our property as possible. She gave us options surrounding listing (fast and done with a more on target price, or more $ possibly, but a longer time on market). She had everything going within a week and our house was promoted and generating lots of interest. She made sure we knew how to make her look her best and what to expect every step.
