Wasatch Club Apartments

​I cannot recommend Wasatch Club Apartments enough, specifically thanks to Josh! As a first-time renter, I was a bit nervous about the process, but Josh made the entire experience easy, comfortable, and incredibly informative. ​He is friendly, knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humor that put me right at ease. He truly went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, leaving me 100% confident in my choice to live here. ​The complex itself is the perfect balance—it’s affordable but still looks very classy. I am so excited to move in and start enjoying all the awesome amenities they have to offer. If you’re looking for a new home, definitely go see Josh!

Safety was a major concern. -The FBI raided my neighbor’s unit (Feb 2025) - Building Fire requiring evacuation that management never updated residents on. (Nov 2024) - Reported a neighbor who had a camera pointed into my living room and received no follow-up from management (Since March 2025). -People were buying guns and knives in the parking lot at 2 a.m. (April 2025) There were also general issues: Hot water only lasts eight minutes, and monthly billing was inconsistent. I would not recommend living here.

I got home today, did dishes and my garbage disposal was leaking. I called the office and they sent over maintenance within 5 minutes. They got here so fast. Corbin and Tylor had my garbage disposal fixed within 15 minutes or less and did a fabulous job. They were both friendly and professional making sure everything was good before they left my unit. Thank you guys for being so friendly!!

I am really happy to have settled here. The rent is affordable, the grounds are kept very nice. The front office staff are attentive and quick to respond. Had a maintenance issue, Tyler and Corbin handled very quickly and professionally. Made sure everything checked out before they left. Moving here was a great decision.

We’ve lived here for about 5 years and we’ve had many things from broken sink, shower leaks, and just today a broken toilet emergency. Maintenance has always been so quick to respond and help. Thank you so much Corbin and Tylor for all you do we appreciate you!
