Reggie is an outstanding maintenance manager! He is extremely professional, reliable, and always keeps his word. He manages his team very well, making sure everyone stays on track and tasks are completed efficiently. Anytime something needs to be fixed, he gets it done in a timely manner and ensures the job is done right the first time. His communication is excellent, and he’s very easy to reach whenever you need anything. Reggie truly goes above and beyond for the residents, and his dedication really shows. Highly recommend his service!

Decent place to live. Despite heating issue when it's cold. The heat should be turned up higher. During daytime and night-time. Much kudos to Reggie, he is great in making sure the tenants are getting their maintenance repairs done. He is dedicated in his service. Lamar and the other maintenance crew as well. Much kudos to all of them!!!

I am very pleased with the over all services that Reggie the Maintenance manager provided during the installation of my apartment windows. Reggie came to see how everything was going during to process of the windows being installed. Reggie is a very respectful person and always get to job completed anytime there is a problem I may have with any issues in my apartment he is very quick to respond to my request. I appreciate having a Maintenance manager who cares about get the job done and maintaining the property overall. I give Reggie a five star rating.

I want to shout out Reggie for the excellent service he provided me. I was able to put in a request with him directly and he made sure the job got done. The painters did an amazing job and reggie held it down made sure and checked in to see how things were going and made sure I didn’t need anything else fixed in the apartment. Never had any issues, maintenance always comes when notified, office workers have always been courteous and friendly. Live in one of the best buildings neighbors friendly and quiet. Lived here for about 16 1/2 yrs.
