The management needs to get better organized. Lived on the basement floor and it was a nightmare. Always flooded with sewer water. They also don't fix the real problem they just patch it up. They don't keep up on their landscaping, Sometimes they can be very rude.
Rainbow Gardens is good because they have security there on the premises which is the company called Powell Security Alliance.
