Our experience was great until the very end- they were communicative and helpful- then it came to closing-there have been repairs that were needed prior to our closing- which were not completed and now 2 weeks after closing still have no date as to when someone will come complete the PROMISED repairs… also they told us that our screened in porch would be pressure washed… very disappointing and frustrating

2 months living in New 2025 Ward townhouse and now I have mold and mold damage in it caused by builder drilling 4 holes in drain line to the toilet. Now they say they're going to fix it, sounds good in their emails but reality is we are now being Ghosted and left with a 2-month-old mess. So please avoid this place. Here are some photos for you to pass around to warn others. Remember they can say anything but what they do after they take your money is another. ❤️🔥3

This is how Ward and its subcontractors get their work done. Make-shift working platforms with ladders ratchet strapped together. At least get the guys a safe platform to operate from!! Our experience as buyers is a whole other topic I’ll write about another day.

Run, run far away from this builder. You will be sorry if you decide to purchase with Ward. Quality and quantity is worth it, and you will not get your worth with Ward. I strongly urge you to reconsider settling with this builder.

With the understanding when developing a community builders will always go the cheaper way to make money. My home is in manchester farms nothing but problems since we built this house cheap plumbing, electrical and siding. I will never have a ward home built again. pictures separate incidents of leaks from both bathrooms on second floor wrong pipe used in both and wrong glue per master plumber. Electrical panel had 3 shorts in it almost caused fire siding falls off every time the wind picks up after one year inspection never hear from them even when I called for service. Byers make sure You read all the fine print with a magnifying glass their tolerance numbers are one of a kind.
