Annhurst Apartments

My brother lived here for years. He recently moved out because the apartment in my opinion is worth $700 a month and they are tried changing him $1600 a month for a one bedroom apartment that they failed to update any maintenance when called on, nothing has been updated, im fairly certain everything is older than me and im 35. When my brother left, he left that apartment in Immaculate shape and they tried charging him for issues that should have been addressed before he moved in. Don't move into these apartments, they are clearly slum lords who will not listen to you, work with you, or even addess the real issues with you. All they will do is raise your rent and act like you don't matter when you are their tenant.

Nice quiet property. it's clean and secluded. I've been in this property for a few years, because of neighbors, and very little steps. I can see my car right outside, assures some peace of mind. there are no steps leading to my house and no one walking over me and love that it's a one level. the office staffs change every other day, but I don't really deal with the office. So far I really didn't have issues for last few years.

Pros: Quiet low key area and convenient location. Very relaxed. Lots of privacy. Friendly neighbors that wave or say hi but otherwise don’t bother you. Move in paperwork & process was easy. Good location. Right by i-95 and Riverside Shopping center. Cons: outrageously overpriced for what you get. I have friends who pay the same amount in rent and have much nicer apartments so we will not be renewing our lease. We moved into a “newly renovated” apartment but the only thing new about it was countertops, hardwood floor, and carpet. We could tell it was rushed because our closet door came off the hinge the same day we moved in. Bathtub faucet is old and falls off frequently. Poorly insulated. Poorly built/put together in general. Huge gap in door frame. My request to fix was ignored. No dish w

Appears to be ballot-box stuffing with some paid or made up reviews, all without a narrative to support their ratings. Inflated or questionable reviews reflect the integrity of who you might be doing business with. Terribly run. Crappy condition. The wallpapering, trim and such literally look like a novice's DIY project gone bad. Literally. Floors are not level. The water gets really cloudy when it rains. Water pressure is so low you are powerless to do anything until the toilet SLOWLY refills or the dishwasher finishes its cycle. By the time you add in the separate charges for water & trash and another few bucks to RENT A WASHER AND DRYER (IF you're lucky enough to get one) it amounts to practically the same price as other places that include a washer/dryer, have more profession

Just don't do it! This place is god awful! Money hungry!!! The whole place is a landlord special. It’s honestly sickening how much money we pay for what the place is, it is nothing special at all. If i could give 0 stars i would! The knly good thing is it’s quiet!
