Wallburg Landing

Came in for a tour with Taylor and Danny, such a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful and I am excited to call Wallburg home! If you need a down to earth guide, ask for Taylor… she made me feel at home.

The staff are very professional and the service requests are handled almost immediately. They do a good job making you feel cared for as a tenant and that you’re comfortable. The apartments are pretty well sound insulated, you’re always going to hear your neighbors in any apartment, but the sound is very negligible. The neighbors are friendly and the amenities are kept in good condition. Overall it’s a very quiet apartment complex.

I have only been at Wallburg Landing for almost 2 months. Right now everything is still great. I really want to say thank you to Raegan. She was absolutely fabulous. She was able to help me navigate through very new and different circumstances, at this time of my life. I am not sure if I would have made it through, without her. She's the best!!

Great place to live. Most of your neighbors stay to themselves. Community is pretty quiet outside of what you would expect living close to other people. The majority of residents honor the 11pm noise regulation. Pool is nice and kept clean. Staff is and has always been amazing. Maintenance works very hard to keep the apartments and grounds in great condition. Residents refuse to clean up after their pets, which makes it uncomfortable for residents without pets and those who take the responsibility to clean up after their pets. Close to grocery, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Lived here two years both times at lease renewal rent went up 100.00 not to mentioned the 50 water bill you get hit with every month. This place is overpriced and overrated Pattie is a complete nightmare to deal with she is not knowledgeable of tenants says one thing does another. car was broken into several times. I would get this place a zero stars but the maintenance team does a good job.
