Walden Pointe Apartments

I really had the easiest move in experience with Melissa and Mrs.pitts in the leasing office. There was no lengthy process for getting approved. I did the application and got approved the same day. I was able to move in ahead of my schedule thanks to these ladies. If you are looking for a reasonable place to move with a great office staff please give Walden pointe a call. Ask for Melissa ! She was a tremendous help!

Ms. Pitts is amazing helped me get moved in asap! even around the holidays she made it work! if you need anything she will get it done . also my apartment is nice ! it has all new appliances, really clean ! very excited to move in and start decorating

I've been having issues with them not fixing anything. I've been without air for three weeks now. They say they are coming but never show. When they do show its never fixed right My thermostat reads 90 degrees right now, very hot in here and it's the 4th of July week-end. They say call and leave message but how can you leave a message when the box is full. That mean you haven't been answering no messages. Been here since Sept of 2021 and have always had issues. It's like all they care about is getting the rent on time. I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anyone.

I find the outside of these apartments in good condition. What I don't like is the fact that they don't want to show the apartment until you rent it. The only place in Shelby County utilizing this tactic! The rental application is filled with all the questions that would be answered if they do a background check with the $50 application fee. Why ask for that much when the prospective tenant is providing all the answers? The other thing I don't like is "you are not allowed to view the apartment until you rent it." Which means if it doesn't meet your needs, you are stuck with it or lose your money. I know that a certain type of lense (on their camera) can be used to make anything appear larger or smaller, which is why I want to walk through the apartment to make sure they are as roomy as th
