Stacey was assigned to me to help with my 1 year warranty check and I couldn’t have been happier! She helped me walk through the home and figure out what needed to be addressed and helped seamlessly coordinate it all to get fixed. She also helped with giving me maintenance tips for the home and she also came the day of my repairs to make sure things were going smooth! The team that came for repairs were all so great! They were all professional and so kind and took great care in the repairs they were doing. Overall very happy!

Mark Noyes, the construction manager, was extremely professional and genuinely caring. He made sure everything ran smoothly before my closing by completing the necessary touch-ups and ensuring all appliances were fully installed before I received the keys. Even after I moved in, Mark took the time to thoughtfully address and resolve any concerns I had. He works with integrity, which I truly value and appreciate. It was a pleasure working with him, and I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

We had an amazing home buying experience with Lamar. He is always responsive and making our home building and buying process super fun! He is very thorough, responsible and always answering our never ending questions. We also met with our construction Manager Kari who is very experienced and knowledgeable. Her weekly updates are super helpful. Overall we are very happy with Pulte homes

I and Sushma had great pleasure with Lamar while finalizing our home with great suggestions & discussions with Lamar. He is a great Sales person to work with. Once the construction started we have been receiving regular updates from Kari. Awaiting for new home completion on time
