Lennar at Tavera

Absolutely incompetent company to deal with. 2nd year into a new Lennar home, and boy this company is disorganized and unprofessional, they stared to rip the curb around the whole community because they did a bad job at first, no garages are accessible and they didn’t now account for people that have ev cars, so most of the ev car owners have been charging at paid station several miles away from home just because some incompetent people planned for this construction at Lennar. When asked their customer service’s how they can help, they simply said they cannot do anything.

Bring back real craftsmanship not factory-made cookiecutter homes. And stop plowing over the woods.

Listen more against the construction workers who literally have no care for anyone but themselves. They block the roads they're parked on both sides of the street even though it says no parking this side. I can't wait until the construction is done then the area will be nice but until all the construction workers that wander around like cockroaches are gone it's a pain to leave or get in

We were promised that a park/ playground will be made for the kids when we booked this home in 2021. We moved here in Oct 2022. There is still no information with the Lennar office on when a playground will be built. Roads are the only playground for kids in this community with construction vehicles everywhere as of Oct 2023😞

Its a safe community with good landscape and all the amenities are at 2 mile distance.
