I lived at the Vue for approximately 1.5 years and did not intend to move. However, in mid-October, I felt pressured to leave due to ongoing interactions with the property manager, Jackson, that made my living situation increasingly uncomfortable. During my tenancy, there were multiple instances where he came to my apartment late in the evening after office hours, which caused me concern. Additionally, maintenance requests were not addressed in a timely manner. His communication was inconsistent, and interactions occurred only when prospective residents were present, creating an impression of professionalism that did not reflect my day-to-day experience as a tenant. This is my first ever Apartment, This apartment has been nothing but good to me, I truly love living here. Maintenance is quick and kind. The property manager Jackson has made everything convenient and he’s easy to reach Since he’s on site. This is the perfect first Apartment, Thank you Vue Apartments!

The Vue isn't what it used to be when I originally moved into the building in 2022 and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone live in this building until Jackson Mertes is removed from his position. I used to LOVE the building I lived in and all of the staff who worked there. If you had a bad day, the community director would go so far as make you a small gift basket in hopes to cheer you up. The space was clean, safe, and welcoming. Upon the hiring of Jackson in May of 2024, things went downhill tremendously. Jackson is either too naive or lacking empathy or both. He wields his so-called power unevenly and isn't a dependable or safe employee. He is either clueless or deeply sarcastic. In 2024, people broke into the building one evening and one of them groped me while I was waiting

Jackson did such a great job explaining the costs, amenities, and different layouts they offer. A really pretty building overall, staff is super nice. Definitely in the hat that im picking from for my next place to live. 10/10 tour

I lived at the VUE for a little over eight years and witnessed this once beautiful building take a serious nose-dive. I believe I counted nine different managers come and go , while most of them were nice I had an unfortunate experience with one at the end concerning a troublesome neighbor that blasted her television all night long forcing me to sleep in my living room for the last four months of my lease. He told me to call the police and couldn't help :(. There is a lot more to say about the shenanigans but I'll move on. The first four photos show what I was charged for at move-out. I didn't pull my oven from the wall and clean underneath, my dirty tub, lint they found under the dryer screen and a dirty sink? I cleaned all of these with the exception of under the oven and under the ref
