If I could leave no stars I would worst place to rent ever especially apartments at 2991 mountain ave san Bernadino 92404 . Some many vacant boarded up units that’s once they renovate it sends all the RATS and mice that are in the walls running through your apartment and I mean they are huge this on top of plumbing problems I had my toilet switch out 3 time because it kept flooding then they tried to say there’s water damage to floors like well duh !!!! all used toilets with issues kitchen sink over flows and a really bad roach problem. This is no working air or heat in the entire complex!!!! We asked for out day 3 we moved in January 15 th 2020 and by 18th wanted out they wouldn’t get money back said stay a month then get deposit we used part of deposit for February. Owner harassed my
Worst place to rent!!! They will mess with you!!
