I’ve lived at Grevillea Townhomes in Lawndale since 1995, and my family has faced years of discrimination by both the HOA board and Cammarata Management. Back in 2006, we were ticketed for parking in a visitor space. Yet recently, other neighbors have done the same with no consequences. This shows clear, selective enforcement and targeting. Even worse, the way management has treated my elderly mother — a homeowner who paid off her property — is deeply disrespectful. When she voiced concerns, Daisy from Cammarata Management told her, “If you don’t like it, then just sell your home.” We also shared that we feel targeted by certain board members, yet Daisy refused to help and repeatedly redirected us back to those same board members. Horrible Company- stay away! This company is very unresponsive, taking many, many phone calls and emails to get a response. While they may be cheap, you get what you pay for and we ended up paying more in the long run. They were not proactive in providing quotes to our HOA for maintenance items (I think they have preferred vendors and take kick-backs) and identifying savings and efficiency.

I not sure what this company's issue is, whether their under staffed or under motivated. The response rate is lacking. On the phone most of them (except for one bad apple) seems professional but then again I feel like they take down your information and then throw it away Even a simple thing such as requesting a direct deposit of funds. I emailed multiple employees there for the form to automatically give you my money every month and I get no response back. I have a an issue with water from rain leaking in my storage from the outside and I get the run around for months, no clear answers other then check with your new board members, no phone number or address of these people. Just another example of slow old fashion service. It should take seconds to email me back with an PDF form auto pay.

This management company deals with contractors that are dishonest. They hired a fumigation company to do fumigation on my complex. During the 3 day fumigation, were were told to turn in our keys and we stayed out of our units during this time The last day of the process, I received a phone call stating that my unit hand been vandalized and when I came to check what was going in, I found that my TV, and some other property was missing. The contractor had already repaired the door that had been vandalized without even seeking a police report or even allowing me to see exactly what happened. They fumigation company is insured and bonded, however they did not replace the stolen property, and my door was not properly repaired. Completely unresponsive. Waste of money, waste of time, terrible HOA to deal with! Thanks for absolutely nothing, Steve!
