Terrible, just like most big property management companies, they bought a complex I was renting from recently and they are rude, inconsiderate, no accommodating and difficult to deal with. They threaten residents and are extremely rude. Can't wait til I'm gone. No surprise at all.

I seen a house I really liked and thought no way I could get this home with it being with a company. BUT I rolled the dice and appiled. I was approved in about a week. Everyone I have talked to on the phone in the office and the showing of the house was great people they make you feel like Family. I felt they are honest people and give everyone a chance. They are also section 8 and pet friendly that is hard to find these days. If your looking for your next home please give them a chance they are great and one of few out there that IS NOT A SCAM. We have been renting from Vista for over 5 years. We love them! I wish they had properties in Indiana! I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for fixing my kitchen up, it looks amazing and I am so so happy! This company has always taken care of things in a professional manner (when using their own maintenance staff, I will admit they should reconsider one of the plumbing companies they use but that’s not why we are here)! Rebecca is QUEEN, that woman is so sweet and holds things together! They have been good to us from the start, some of the bad reviews here are very unbelievable to me! We love you Vista Properties!!

SKETCHY!!!! Super helpful at first, that’s how they get you. Then all of the sudden… quality plummets. Payment apps change, property managers change, you go from having a direct line to no longer. You call the office? They do not answer. When I first moved in, the best thing about the property were maintenance men Tony and Horace. They got work done quickly and efficiently and did it well. They were also pleasant to be around, but no longer seem to work on this property anymore. I’ve been in this place for almost 8 months now, and turnover was horrible. The worst was how dirty the place was, how the oven I was told before move in would at least be moved back into position was not and did not work properly… it started smoking! A hazard! Lets be honest this place is a scam. My fiance paid her application fee and instead of just telling her she was approved. They told me I had to put in a application as well because I would be staying there part time. I told them I didn't want my name on the application fee. The lady said it will guarantee me that my fiance would get the house. As soon as I paid my application fee they stopped answering the phone. I think this place tries to get as many application fees off there houses. If one house gets a ton of application fees they don't rent it out they just continue to make free money off of it. This place has snakeoil salesman and they will lie straight to your face.
