Vista Pointe

When I first moved into Vista Pointe, Ruben was the property manager and my experiences were not very pleasant once I was officially moved in. However, shortly after, Claudia was the new property manager and she has always been so attentive and very pleasant. As well as the other women who work in the office whenever Claudia is out. Just recently I had back to back service requests that needed urgent attention due to their matter and everyone had such a great sense of urgency to resolve my issues ASAP. Even when Claudia was out. Jose the maintenance guy is always so polite and respectful of my unit when he enters. Claudia and her team in the office have been so attentive and helpful lately & it's greatly appreciated.

Vivian was the manager when we moved in. She specifically told me the only utilities we paid for were gas and electric. We later found out. We also pay a portion of water, gas and sewer which added up to sometimes $400 a month extra. The guy in charge of our move-in kept moving our move in time and sent our lease while we were driving with our things to move in. We felt very rushed because they wanted to leave early for the day ((they never are in office or answer the phone ever.)) they were annoyed that we wanted to view our unit before signing a lease. managers are very unprofessional and unorganized. after a year of living here they decided we were only receiving one free parking permit which meant we paid an extra hundred dollars a month for parking permits… we like to walk outside, bu

I living in the community ,I’ve dealt with both Vivian (the previous manager) and Claudia (the current manager). My interactions with Vivian were often uncomfortable, but I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Claudia. She’s always been sweet, helpful, and easy to communicate with. While the property itself could use improvements, Claudia truly listens and does what she can. I’m very satisfied with her support.

Absolutely worst place to live. The management company does nothing but harass tenants here. They send out threatening emails about the most ridiculous shit almost weekly. Half the time the "gated" community has a broken gate which takes them MONTHS to fix. Multiple car break ins on the property but they claim there is "security" driving around which is a bold face lie. You also get to pay for the landscapers garbage clippings that fill up the dumpsters every week so there is no room for the tenants trash, which you subsequently also pay for on top of everything else. Absolute amateur property management company. Embarrassing to say the least.

I would not recommend this property management company based on my experience with their communication, professionalism, and refund handling. I paid a $300 hold deposit on September 7 while my application was being reviewed. My application was later denied, which I understood — however, the handling of my refund was unacceptable. At the time the deposit was taken, I was told that if denied, my money would be returned within 7 days. That did not happen. I was told multiple times that my refund check had been mailed, yet no check ever arrived. I receive USPS Informed Delivery, so I know what mail is coming — and there was no check.
