Property is well kept and clean. Very peaceful community, you can walk the property anytime and it’s quiet. Great location within minutes of shopping centers.

The manager Edith G was very nice and welcoming. Very good person to have as a on site manager.

Very affordable and comfortable. The manager Ramon took good care of us. He was quick and consistent with communication and made sure our parking situation was good. He felt more like a friendly neighbor than a manager while also maintaining professionalism in regard to our rent contract.

I love this place, the environment is amazing and all thanks to the manager Ramon that makes it all possible. He stays on top of his job at all times. This place is very nice to live in with the pool and hot tub also the fire pit, and grilling area for when you don't feel like cooking inside and it's very quiet at all times and clean. Plus it's pet friendly as well. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a calm, peaceful, clean place to live in. The manager always takes care of any issue right away whether it be with tenants or maintenance wise, he's right on.

Don’t waste your time or gas. I scheduled an appointment for a tour of the place and spoke with a Ramon. When I got there, which was over 30 minutes away for me, he did not pick up the phone to let me in. I left a message to let him know I was there for my appointment, waited about 15 minutes and nothing. Talk about horrible service. Don’t schedule appointments with people if no one is going to pick up the phone to let you through the gate. I guess they don’t care about renting the place, which by the way did not look good from the outside. Pictures are deceiving.
