Vista Pointe Apartments

These apartments are HORRIBLE! The kids here have no home training, ding dong ditching, shooting BB guns, Orby guns. I lived here for about 3 years. And the area that it’s in is horrible, when I lived there, there was two fights that lead into a SHOOTOUT! If you live here or planning on to please do not enroll your child a Kelly elementary school. That school act like they have no sense whatsoever.

Recently called, my questions were answered. The receptionist was help and informed me of the application process. The other places i called did not even have a pre-recorded message giving you general information. So far this one has good management.

I don't pay for water, gas or trash and the electric bill is my only issue besides the rent. My apartment had come with a huge refrigerator, new stove and for a reasonable price I get a kitchen, dining room, living room, a small hallway, a bathroom and a small but spacious bedroom. Compared to other apartments and how everything is going up in price, Arbor Terrance Apartments r just not that Bad!!!

I would really like it if I was able to get a hold of anyone here. No one answers the phones plus no one is ever in the office. Id really like my application reviewed since I’ve been on the list for almost 3years now.

These apts are not so bad Live there 4 yrs. And just recently got new management and things seem to be changing for the better very happy
