If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a tenant here for almost 3 years. I pay my rent on time, stay to myself, and cause no issues. Ever since management changed, everything has gone downhill. First, I was told to park my second vehicle (with a valid sticker) on the street because it wasn’t operating at the time. It was then towed and ticketed multiple times. The fees were so high I no longer even have that vehicle. This was an Giselle issue the property manager Second, maintenance replaced my refrigerator twice. The first time was fine. The second time they brought one with mold inside. I refused it, and they left me without a working fridge. My food spoiled, and I had to push for a temporary fridge from another unit. They said a new one would be installed Friday 2/27 it still ha

(Current tenant) following up from a previous review I left. I first left 3 stars but now I realized this place is 0-1 star worth. I still get no hot water, but yet getting charged more for it. Ladies, you’ll have to pick what you can get done that day in the shower since you’ll on get 5 minutes of hot water (unfortunately the everything shower can’t happen if you live here) It’s 2 months worth of rent to break a lease but it’s not really welcoming when you find out that your heater hasn’t been hooked up since you moved in (6 months ago) and has been leaking gas. I requested maintenance to come and look at it and the maintenance man goes “I almost asked you to leave for danger reasons since this is leaking gas.” The heater whines and whistles but I’m not wasting my time for them to fix th

(Current tenant) although prices are nice and people are friendly. I’ve lived here for 3 months and within my first month had to call maintenance 3 times. First night my air conditioner didn’t work (got it fixed). Then I had water leaking through my floors and they fixed the unit that was leaking but never addressed the stale water in the floors. Then my bathroom door frame decided to grow a mushroom and I mentioned this to maintenance and it was never addressed. I have had to personally fix my garbage disposal because it has backed up 3 times. I also only get roughly 5 mins of hot water for my shower, when I mentioned this to maintenance he said there was nothing to do about it but yet I’m paying for hot water.. Very nice complex but I've noticed staff being rude 🙄Thank you for reaching out to me concerning my review I want to add that I was not an occupant merely a visitor but I noticed a gentlemen taking pictures of the unit I happened to be visiting but not once did he explain what he was doing or even acknowledged us but other instances other workers were friendly needless to say there are always going to be ups and downs anywhere you go but for me I would not consider living here I do want to add that everything else is very nice especially for families with children I didn't really see any children but I did see hanging out spots with grills and table and chairs so for anyone considering living here I wish you the best 👌

The cheap non insulated wood floors and sheet thin walls will be the reason i check in to pattons mental institution . The apartments as far as management , cleanliness , and maintenance are decent/ normal . But some of the residents on the other hand are extremely heavy footed and overall inconsiderate. Some nights I think i’ll have a better chance getting sleep outside on the side walk than in the 2000 dollar apartment I pay for ! Start taking noise complaints seriously .
