Vista Gardens Apartments

First of all worst place to live in Florida. If you love the smell of Marijuana this is the place for you because your apt will wreck of the smell due to neighbors smoking in units. Also if you enjoy summer all year long you will love how they do not fix your A/c so hot night just like camping but paying lots of money for the experience. Laundry out of order, you play some music no matter time and you will have Police knocking at your door. Be very attentive of moving out charges it will not match the refund.

This was the worst apartment I ever stayed in it got worse with the new owners Kri properties. I was without a refrigerator from 4/14 until I had 2 move out July 6. I had 2 floods and the emergency line could never reach them my ceiling was leaking and had mold which didn't get fixed until someone moved up stairs then they left that open and I had to breathe in mold. And the roaches where horrible that got so bad they were crawling on me in my bed. I It's a shame how much money I spent on food everyday and nobody Reimbursed my money.Im left homeless until I can find another apartment my lease wasn't up till November. I don't Recommend nobody to stay here I wish I can give them zero Stars

The worst place to rent an apartment. Roach infested, lots of mold, poor sewage, Floods all over when it rains. The KRI company will charge you for things that do not exist on your lease like “Electric you never used, water you don’t use, and other ridiculous things”. I am amongst others who are not staying. The amount of rent for no amenities is not worth it. 1 STAR IS ALOT.

Sharen Valenti, the new KRI property manager, was kind, action-oriented towards any issues that were had, professional, and empathetic. My relatives lived there for two years and had a fantastic experience with the renovated unit.

Complete nightmare. I would avoid at all costs unless you like getting rocks thrown through your window, homeless people living on site, not having a working kitchen sink, having roaches and other pests run around constantly all the while paying rent that is outrageous. Take it from me, you don't want to live here if you value your sanity at all.
