Was told their lawyers have told them they only have to allow service animals and was denied my ESA. Was told the owner of the house was very attached to it and thus didn’t want any animals for any reason. Absolutely illegal and in violation of federal law.

They are very unprofessional lived in one of there homes recently and they charged us for everything that they verbally told us they'd take care of! Then their people to fix things aren't even good mechanics there business is called Jamie's handy man. He ain't even handy. The door was broken and all he did was slammed it and said there you go. Then it broke even more and we are now paying for their damages. So stupid if you ask me. They even charged us for cracked windows when it was the exterior. Why would I pay for that when I can't help the damn hail snow and all of thee above. They took our whole deposit. Never rent with them!

Amazing place to rent from! Any issues we come across they handle them quick and easy! I would highly recommend renting with this company! Very clean and cozy homes!

Don't rent from this company. I rented from them and it was an awful experience. They are unprofessional and will scream at you in a voicemail. They say pest control is the tenants responsibility when your neighbors house is infested with roaches and mice. I complained about the mice problem many times and they said " mice are normal". And do nothing about it. I had to hire terminix to spray for the roaches since when I told them about that they gave me the same answer and did nothing. Their properties are gross and they don't fix things. Simply have their "handyman" guy come out and do a half way job on everything you tell them is broken. The carpets are filthy and they say they were "cleaned" before you got keys. Broken stairs leading to upper level inside and unsafe but they refused to

great people i have had no issues with anything from the managers. i have been renting from them for going on 4 years now and will continue to do so. only issues i have had is from the property owner not wanting to repair things properly
