Viridian Edge at the Park Apartments

I did not end up leasing here but I wanted to shout out Ashley S. in the leasing office! She was very kind and helpful. Answered all my questions and more about applicable fees at move-in and monthly. She told me about the property and gave a tour, then offered me options (but not pushy!) when I didn't quite find what I was looking for. Highly recommend talking to Ashley if you stop by for info! The property itself was well maintained and the parking lot was clean/no potholes. The empty apartment I was shown was all very clean and well-maintained. If it fit my needs, I would've gone for it without apprehension.

Alicia and Ashley in the leasing office are amazing! They were always quick to respond with any issue or question it may have had. Maintenence was always pretty quick to fix any problem we had. My only complaint is that out of the 2 years I lived there the hot tub never worked, trash pickup isn't always reliable and it's a charge you can't opt out of. You also get charged monthly for pest control but you have to call the office to get them to actually come to your unit. Overall we had a great experience while living there. 😌

fine apartment if you don’t mind dog shit everywhere, overflowing dog poop bins, ac that doesn’t work, washer and dryers that barely work, terrible parking options, a pool that is rarely open, trash service that you can’t opt out of and that also, barely work. i only lived here for a short period, it wasn’t the worst apartment but definitely not the best. overpriced? yes! maintenance claims that aren’t responded to? of course! people smoking all around and nothing done about it? you bet ya! but short term it wasn’t awful. now, birge and held is another story, it was absolute hell trying to get my reasonable accommodation accommodated and had i not known my rights i have no doubt it would have been even more aggravating. the covered parking spots are an extra 50 dollars a month and that’s m

Viridian Edge is a hidden gem. Great location and quiet community. View of Pikes Peak and a beautiful park right next door. Perfect for dog people. Not perfect, but for the money totally worth every penny.

My partner and I have been here for about 5 months now and we absolutely love this beautiful quiet neighborhood! The park is one of my favorite places to go chill and have a picnic 🤗We had some maintenance issues but they have always come to fix it very quickly and Miss Alicia in the office is always so sweet, helpful, and makes sure to check up on our requests!
