Virginia State Home Inspections

I've had an opportunity to work with Jacob multiple times. His attention to detail and his ability to share and explain findings to a client and even a seller is one of the reasons why I don't hesitate to call him. He provides normal home maintenance tips, calls out serious safety issues, and complements the home if the current owner is doing a good job of maintaining the home....he tells you the way it is...the good the bad and the ugly. He's saved me a few times with a quick last min appt. too. Always appreciate him making it happen. Jacob was beyond amazing. From start to finish nothing but professional. He explained everything in his report with great details. Even helped us out on things we didn't really understand.
