Vintage at the Avenue Apartments

My move was smooth & easy as before! My apartment was clean fresh paint nice & bright! The office staff was great helpful the maintenance was very prompt and the BEST PART! The office staff alerts you when they are going into your apartment and ask permission and send an email when mission is completed that’s the best!!!! The halls and carpets and elevators are clean and smell great!!!!

Allison was incredibly helpful in the early process of touring the complex and very responsive. While I was not able to sign a lease due to availability, I would definitely recommend anyone moving to the area to check out the clean and beautifully designed units in a great central location.

Been living here for just over a year. The initial process was easy. Jessica was huge help in getting everything ready for us. The apartment was clean and reconditioned before we moved in. The area around the Vintage is lively, and the neighborhood has lots to do! Getting repairs done is also easy. Our AC unit went out and everything was repaired in under a week. They even gave us a temporary unit to have in the meantime. Only downside when you live here, is the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors above you and people walking past outside. Other than that, it’s a good place to live. In my opinion, one of the best Apartments in Murfreesboro in terms of layout, quality, and cost.

Update to add 10/16/18. We enjoy the property so much we signed a reneweal for our second year! We love the staff and our neighbors! Our family has had a great summer grilling, enjoying the events they hosted (the outdoor movie night was our favorite) and swimming in the pool! Our friends and family love visiting us and we are excited to host more gatherings this new year! Thank you Vintage! Gorgeous apartment, it's like a resort! Large 2 bed 2 bath is updated with modern features and large kitchen and living space. The gym is huge. ( a must see!) The property is comfortable and quiet with a secured key entry. I love living here. The only complaint that I have is the elevator and the code to enter the building not working. The elevator is so hot, and the smell is almost too much to tolerate. The door code has been out for a couple of weeks, and I haven't seen anything about it being fixed. Other than that it is perfect. The location, the property, the neighbors. It is very enjoyable.
