Jeff was very responsive and attentive. He mediated a couple issues with under writing and I truly felt he was the Captain for my team. Couple of personal topics came up that we did not want to disclose and he navigated in a professional manner to protect interest of the lender, yet always made me feel comfortable with the process. Jeff and his team were amazing along the way. We did this entire process from out of state and they were able to get everything done for a quick close.
