Kimbrough Dunlapend with Reds realty is a very good agent all around . My so has used him for prior property investment and more recently again to purchase house in Murfreesboro for his family move from Los Angeles andsto TN. Kimbrough spent a full day with my wife and I in looking at townhouses in Murfreesboro. We than made an offer which was accepted. Kimbrough negotiated a very fair price and handled the transaction for us. We would highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and prompt in his communication.

I pastor a church in town and reached out to Karen Leigh McConnell a few weeks ago to get some help for one of the elderly men in our church. We recently moved to Franklin in August were lucky enough to have Kimbrough as our property manager from Red Realty. The house we moved into was very nice, but did have quite a few deferred maintenance issues. Kimbrough wasted no time and fixing everything we requested of him in a timely manner.
