Vintage Apartments

I spoke with Ramona. She was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me on the phone. I loved the photos she sent of the property and look forward to touring when I relocate to the area.

I was here for about 3 years. Being next to a school makes it a bit tougher in the morning however the manager Ramona made it a great spot to call home. She is easy to reach and has always been extremely helpful and accommodating whether you need help with maintenance, lost a key, or anything else. She always keeps things well maintained and overall really easy to communicate with.

My experience with this complex has been nothing but great. Ramona the community manager is professional, friendly, understanding, and kind. From the start of my apartment search, to the signing of my lease, she has been there every step of the way. The owners are very lucky to have her as their manager. I recommend Ramona and the vintage apts to everyone.

Don't rent here. They'll over charge you for shared water and when you try to ask them to show you the accounting for it they'll lie and do anything they can to not share how exactly they ripped you off. Water is always off. Happy to remove this rating if Vintage can show me the accounting for the water overcharge.
