Brookside Apartments

I have lived at Brookside Apartments and it has truly been one of the best places I have lived. Monica, the property manager, is always very helpful, professional, and attentive to the residents. The maintenance team, Gustavo and Jorge, are excellent. Anytime I submit a maintenance request, it is handled immediately and the work is always done well. They keep the property clean and make sure everything is taken care of. It is clear that the staff really cares about the residents and the community. I highly recommend Brookside Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and comfortable place to live.

A great place to call "home". The staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs. They are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The people living here are friendly and polite. In the 3 years living here, I have not had any issues with any of my neighbors and could not feel safer anywhere else. It’s in a great location with shops and restaurants near by. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I lived here for a little more than 6 yrs. and I just want to give a WARNING to those renters who think they will get their deposit back, after leaving your apartment in good, and decent condition after living there for 6 yrs. And after doing a walk through with management and telling us that everything was good. Expect little or nothing back after moving out. According to management you have to leave the apartment "professionally cleaned" before moving out. So, what does that mean? To them it means that YOU need to hire a professional company to clean an apartment where you lived 6 yrs. Cleaning it yourself will not be sufficient. The pictures show that we left it in good and decent conditions, obviously the carpet did need cleaning, but after living there for 6 yrs. it is understanda

“Brookside Apartments — Unprofessional & Unfriendly Management” > ★☆☆☆☆ Brookside Apartments has the most unprofessional management I’ve ever dealt with. The property manager, Monica, is consistently rude and unapproachable — never a greeting or basic courtesy. My apartment had holes in the walls and a roach issue that was never fully fixed, yet the rent increased the maximum amount every year. In my personal experience, she seemed noticeably friendlier toward male residents. I even saw her offer to take a male prospective tenant to lunch, while I was never given a proper tour or any welcome when I moved in. I know multiple tenants who left because of how they were treated. The maintenance staff is the only positive — they are respectful and work hard — but management creates a stressfu

This place really feels like home. Management and maintenance are both wonderful, always kind, attentive, and quick to help. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences living here for the past 8 years and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great community!
