Honestly if I could give a lower rating I would. When staying at this property I had issues with my ac for all three years and it was always a patch job. Their rules began to get too crazy. If you complain to corporate nothing is done due to family relations amongst the employees. Incidents were never investigated they always just took what the person complained about as gold. Rent steady increasing with no upgrades that add value.

A place where the general manager complains because they still have the house lights, the blinds broken and that they have to fix, that bothers her everything but at the time that one complains about breakdowns in the house such as the kitchen, broken pipes from the dryer, it takes two or three months. She is there if it takes time, but to make a claim you have to do it immediately and always make claims to Hispanics. Her rules are interesting because they belong to her, not to the complex. Terrible general manager.

I'm reading the rating and it seems fishy that anyone who complains you say they're not a resident. 🤔😬

It's a clean an open place to live..
