⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have to be honest and give a 5 star review … Ashton has been absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she’s been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free and was always quick to answer questions or provide updates. It’s clear that Ashton genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. Her positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond really stand out. Because of her, my experience at Villas at Vanston Park has been nothing but great. Highly recommend working with Ashton if you get the chance!

I called this community to find a place for an elderly tenant of mine that needed a place to stay in Mesquite. I spoke to Ashton over the phone and she was very helpful and informative. I appreciated how detailed she was and she cared about what I needed and how to assist me. If I have other people that need assistance, I will definitely refer them to her.

I highly recommend anyone to repot to Ashton at this property regarding anything . She had and have had the answer for any and everything I’ve needed this past year. She’s kind and very patient and gets the job done. I don’t really leave reviews but she will definitely get one today from me.Thank you so much my family appreciates everything you have done for us.🙏🏾

Do not move here. You can never reach anyone in the office to get help. I’m trying to pay my rent early, and it’s not showing the amount on the website. Ashton has a horrible attitude toward tenants and seems to hate her job. If you’re so bitter about working with the public, then why stay? The make-ready was done very poorly, and they don't seem to take pride in a tenant moving into a new unit. I was basically told, “well, this is a lived-in unit,” even though it was clear the maintenance supervisor wasn’t checking things properly, as the contractors said they finished their work or he just has very low standards for what is considered “made ready.” I had to have multiple things fixed after I paid the first month’s rent because my unit was far from move-in ready. I hope this isn't a sign

Jus got done taking a delivery to these apartments. Walking from the second floor parking garage to the hallway in side smells like straight urine. You can see the puddle in the corners and splash marks where it splat. You’d think they wouldn’t be that way considering the price tag.
